You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate game account details (such as Player ID and Server) when placing an order, as top-ups are delivered to the details you supply.
Most top-ups are delivered automatically within seconds. Delivery time may vary during maintenance or provider outages. Once a top-up has been delivered to the account details you provided, the order is considered complete.
We accept Bakong KHQR and ABA KHQR. Prices are shown in USD with a KHR equivalent at checkout. You are responsible for paying the exact amount shown for your order.
Because digital top-ups are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed, orders are non-refundable once delivered. If a delivery fails, contact support and we will re-deliver or refund the affected order.
You agree not to use the service for fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse.
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaktomuk Topup is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by incorrect account details you provide or by third-party game providers.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
