Payments are processed via KHQR (Bakong and ABA). We do not store your full banking credentials. Payment confirmation is verified through the payment provider.
We share order details with delivery providers only as needed to fulfil your top-up. We do not sell your personal data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, support, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language and theme. We do not use them to sell your data.
You can view and update your account information at any time from your account page. To request deletion of your account, contact support.
The service is intended for users able to make valid purchases. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
